  • Up to 100% finance available if you have other investment property to offer as security such that the overall loan to value ratio is 75% or less.

  • Up to 90% finance available for first time investors in the market.

  • Alternatively you can take out a personal loan on your home mortgage to raise the balance of funding required.

  • Flexible Terms - up to 25 years.

  • Interest only option available for up to the first 5 years subject to criteria. Available on Loan to Value of less than 75%.
