FIRST TIME BUYERS - 100% Mortgages
We offer 100% mortgages now to first time buyers who have been in continuous employment for 12 months. Applicants do not have to show that employment was permanent or that it was in the one job. 100% mortgages are available to single applicants on a minimum gross annual salary of EUR40,000 a year and joint applicants on a combined income of EUR60,000 between them. The property must be their principal private residence.
The same mortgage rates apply and the maximum term is 35 years. 100% mortgages are ideal for candidates who have been paying off short term loans and so have minimal savings.
