Philip O’Reilly established Philip O’Reilly Insurances in Ennis in 1982 and then in 2004, they joined Hooper Dolan Insurances Ltd as a Partnership Broker. Hooper Dolan Insurances is in business for 26 years and has grown to be one of the largest independent Irish Insurance Brokers, with 13 offices nationwide.

Hooper Dolan Insurances has become the first Provisionally Accredited Lloyds Brokers in Ireland, which enables us to directly access Lloyds of London.'

We are members of the Irish Brokers Association (IBA) and Philip himself is a member of the Professional Insurance Association (PIBA). We are regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (IFSRA).
